Nine is Fine and Happy 4 Month Birthday Levi

Hoooray! Today we got an update that we are finally off of step 8 and onto step 9. For those of you not familiar with adoptions in Vietnam, what this means is that the agency has forwarded Levi's legal documents (called a dossier) to the local justice department. They will review it or are reviewing it and will send it on to the DIA who will review it and our dossier (that's step 10). After that our I-600 is submitted. It can take up to 60 business days for pre-approval. But then we are almost ready to travel. We also got a travel packet full of all kinds of useful information. Things are starting to get exciting! I guess I better get going on putting together his nursery!!

Happy birthday to my precious Levi! Your sister and I love you very much and can't wait to celebrate your birthday with you!!
