Boomin' Beyond Measure tour

We are so excited at our house! Today we finally get to go to the Toby Mac, Jeremy Camp, Matthew West concert. We have had our tickets bought since December when they first went on sale. We are in the 8th row from the stage. I hope I can hear tomorrow!! We're going out to eat at Olive Garden beforehand. That sounds good to me because I haven't been there in a long time.

Today Rachel had music contest for school and she got a 1 on her solo. Way to go, Rachel!! I guess those voice lessons are paying off. She wasn't chosen for the recital at the end of the contest but that was okay with her because she was nervous enough singing in a room with a few of her friends and the judge. I think it would have been nice if she had made it but it did give us a little more time to spend at home before leaving for the concert.

This is a slide show I created of Rachel's golden birthday. She turned 15 on the
15th of January. I know that it is February and you are all wondering why I waited this long. Well, I hadn't created a blog then and I know some people really wanted to see the pictures and this seemed like a great way to show them to those who were there and those who were not. As you can tell, this was a 50's theme party with cosmic bowling afterwards.
