Update - Step 8

We got word today that we are on step 8. For those of you who have not been through the process of adopting a child from Vietnam, what that means is that our acceptance papers have been received by the Department of International Adoption and they have sent a letter to the local justice department asking them to start compiling the legal documents(dossier) for Levi. This can take about a month to a month and a half.

Yay Tracy!! So are we!! Maybe we'll keep going on schedule with each other here til the end!! And thanks for clarifying it, the info on the 14 steps gets so confusing, we just go step by step... your explanation was perfect!
